At Saint Christina’s, we offer a broad and balanced curriculum to all of our pupils, seeking to recognise the unique value, potential and personality of each child. We follow the National Curriculum and ensure our pupils are well prepared for transfer to their next school at 7+ [boys] and 11+ [girls].
English, Mathematics, Science, Information Communication Technology [ICT] form the CORE along with Religious Education, the foundation of the entire educational process.
Constantly up-graded ICT facilities and high speed internet access enable children to acquire excellent computer skills and avail themselves of a wider world of knowledge. All year groups have interactive whiteboards and access to ipads.
Parents have regular opportunities to discuss their child’s progress, either at formal parents’ meetings or by appointment. We believe that education can only be effective in partnership with the parents. Promoting good communications and partnerships with the parents are priorities at Saint Christina’s.
