Friday 10th November

As you will know, this Sunday is ‘Remembrance Sunday’ which means that we have, as a School, been marking the occasion today. I am delighted to say that a hymn practice had been organised during the morning which meant that we could, for the first time, observe our two minute silence in the Chapel which brought an extra peace and gravity to the occasion. We talked about the reason why we observe Remembrance and learned about the respectful stance that we should adopt when hearing the Last Post and through the silence.
