VE Day

On Thursday, we marked the 80th anniversaryof VE Day with a poignant and memorablecelebration. Children and staff came dressed inred, white, and blue, creating a wonderfulsense of occasion across the School. Year 6,who studied World War II earlier in the year, leda thoughtful assembly for the whole school,explaining the significance of VE Day and whyit is important to remember. It was a brilliantopportunity for them to showcase their learningand understanding. Throughout the day,children explored the meaning of VE Day intheir lessons, making it a powerful andreflective experience for all.
