London Mini Marathon

We also want to celebrate a truly special event, the London Mini Marathon, which took place last
Saturday. This was an amazing day and a wonderful experience for everyone involved. Fifteen of our
children took part, supported by their parents. The children completed a warm-up led by Joe Wickes
before embarking on the 1mile mile race which started at Horse Guards Parade and concluded at the
Mall. It was a very special experience and a memory I am sure they will remember for a very long
time. The event itself was incredibly inspiring, with children running alongside participants from
schools across London with over 20,000 children completing the course during the day. The sense of
pride, determination, and excitement was evident throughout the day, and every child should feel
extremely proud of their accomplishment. The children all completed the race and received their
finishing medals.
